Aaron Weiner, King Solomon Group Industrial CRE Specialists

Aaron Weiner is the visionary founder and CEO of King Solomon Group, a premier boutique real estate advisory and investment firm renowned for its specialization in off-market multifamily deals. Boasting over 13 years of rich experience in the real estate sector, Aaron and his dedicated team have consistently demonstrated their prowess in generating significant value for all partners in each endeavor. His deep-rooted expertise in real estate investment is a cornerstone of his ability to identify and capitalize on lucrative opportunities for clients and stakeholders alike.

 

Aaron's illustrious career in real estate began at the young age of 19, with his foray into the industry as a residential mortgage broker in 2004. His resilience and adaptability shone through during the challenging period of the great recession in 2007, where he smoothly transitioned into property management. In this domain, he quickly ascended to the position of project asset manager at Empirian, skillfully overseeing a vast portfolio of 52,000 units across the East Coast. His innate flair for high-stakes negotiations led him to a successful career in acquisitions and dispositions, highlighted by the sale of a $200 million multifamily portfolio. By the age of 28, Aaron had been involved in transactions totaling nearly a billion dollars in the multifamily and office project sectors.

 

Expanding his horizons, Aaron ventured into the fashion industry, founding multiple successful companies. Demonstrating his deep trust and collaborative spirit, he later passed the management of these fashion enterprises to his wife, refocusing on his primary passion – selling buildings. Under the mentorship of Robert Knakal, Aaron sharpened his focus on multifamily assets in the Southeast, combining business acumen with a drive to add value to all transaction participants. In 2023, Aaron further broadened his impact by founding Malbushei Lev, a non-profit dedicated to helping victims of terror rebuild their lives.

 

Aaron's professional journey is guided by principles of kindness, adherence to Torah values, and a commitment to making a positive impact as a leader and inspiration to his family, employees, and the broader community. His business philosophy underscores profitability achieved through creative, systematic teamwork in a nurturing environment that elevates both his team and clients. Despite a demanding schedule, Aaron, a devoted family man, begins each day with Talmud study at 6 AM. Residing in Lakewood, NJ with his compassionate wife and four children, he delights in hosting guests at their Shabbat table, fostering a sense of community and hospitality.
